Member Information
Meetings:
Meeting Night: First Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise noted. If the first Tuesday falls on a holiday, we will meet on Wednesday.
Location: Our meetings are at Mountain Mike's Pizza, 1304 First Street, Livermore. Please contact the President or another officer for details.
Fees:
- Membership - $200/year. Includes $20 big fish for the year pot.
- Prospective member tournament fee - $15
- Non-boater will pay launch fees and share fuel expense on boat and pulling vehicle.
- $5.00 optional big fish of the day pool - paid at launch ramp.
- Club insurance is through American Bass.
- All fees must be paid before fishing tournaments.
- Assessments could be called upon if needed after being voted on by the club.
Tournaments:
- All tournaments are draw teams. There is a monthly schedule. You must be present at the meeting, or have called another member to place your name in the draw. Draws are held at the meeting only. Prospective members must fish two tournaments in a row. One as a non-boater, one as a boater, if appropriate, before admission vote is taken.
- Non-boaters are expected to go to the tournaments with boater. The exception might be two day events. Other arrangements can be made.
- Life vests (PFD) are the responsibility of boaters and non-boaters alike (all members required to bring their own vest). Vests must be worn when big engine is running.
- Tournaments start at safe light, with weigh in typically around 3 or 3:30pm.
- You are expected to bring your own gear, tackle, lunch, and appropriate clothing.
- You should not leave a tournament until it is over. The draw is your commitment to fish the tournament, whether WIND, RAIN, SNOW, HEAT, or BAD FISHING. Also to support club members by being at the weigh-in.
